Clean rooms, safe, close to the beach, helpful staff, extended my stay, strong internet.

Nothing to complain about at all.

I recently stayed at Citadel Alona Inn in Panglao and overall had a fantastic experience. The room had a shared bathroom, but it was very clean and well-maintained. I was also pleased to find that the room was equipped with air conditioning, making the hot weather much more bearable. It was wonderful to have these amenities available during our stay.

There was a slight miscommunication with the reception when we arrived. Though this was a minor inconvenience, it did cause some initial confusion.

I had a fantastic stay at this inn. It offers excellent value for money, being located on the main strip of restaurants and just a short 5, minute walk to Alona beach. the room was perfect for one person, with a great temperature at night for a fan room. the staff were absolutely wonderful and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the strong wifi in the room and the well, equipped shared kitchen facilities. the showers and toilets were clean and well, maintained. I will definitely be returning next year, along with other regular guests. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

The property was extremely clean, even the shared areas like the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. There were plenty of seating options, including a balcony with tables and chairs where we could relax. The room layout was well-designed with built-in shelves, making it feel spacious despite its small size. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us in arranging affordable transportation. the free drinking water and use of the shared kitchen were convenient amenities that we appreciated.

That there was no complimentary coffee or tea provided, which could have been a nice touch. we had to prepay for our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

Amazing value for money with a prime location on the main strip and just 5 minutes from Alona beach. Strong wifi in rooms, clean showers and toilets, and a well-equipped shared kitchen with a free water dispenser. The staff is absolutely wonderful, making you feel at home. The room size is perfect, the terraces are peaceful, and the whole atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. Will definitely return next year!

The room at Citadel Alona Inn was absolutely cozy and inviting! I loved the living room area where we could gather and relax after a long day of exploring. It made me feel right at home, and I really enjoyed spending time there with my friends.

Personally, I would have preferred if the bungalow had a kitchen. But hey, that's just me!

wifi couldn't reach our bungalow

I recently stayed at a cozy inn near the beautiful beaches in Panglao. The location was perfect, just a short walk from both Alona and Dumaluan Beach. The inn had its own Mexican restaurant, which was a delight for us as we love trying different cuisines. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast included a delicious spread of options to start the day off right. I also enjoyed the lovely seating areas upstairs and downstairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning unit leaked outside the room, but the staff quickly resolved the issue.

Good location, close to the beach and many eateries nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the clean and well-maintained property. The cooking area was a great addition, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The Mexican restaurant in-house had delicious food, particularly the chicken quesadilla. The owner was accommodating, even preparing our order outside restaurant hours.

The staff were very nice and always willing to help.
